About 180 Health Club:
The 180 Health Club is a new curated space showcasing the best specialists in movement, fitness, mindfulness, beauty and grooming. These services sit alongside the latest body therapy technologies including Cryotherapy, Infrared Saunas, Ozone Saunas, Red Light Therapy and Compression and Percussion tools.
Based at the top of 180 The Strand in a peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle, members can escape to relax, socialise, enjoy a treatment, ground and workout.
The Alex Eagle Sporting Club takeover:
Alex Eagle Sporting Club will be hosting a 3-month takeover of 180 Health Club from launch, where Alex has personally curated an exclusive class and wellness schedule to bring pleasure, mindfulness and connectedness. Inspired by the joy of movement and founded on the concept that participation and community spirit is as important as exercise itself, these brand pillars will come alive across every element of 180 Health Club’s offering, from physical to mental.
A core menu delivered by trusted experts, expect classes such as fencing, pilates, boxing, yoga, jujitsu, ballet, tennis, running and interactive events from book clubs to gardening workshops.
Members can exclusively experience the Alex Eagle Sporting Club at 180 Health Club prior to the launch of our new Soho space launching this Spring.
Access
At the moment we are only accessible to 180 Residents and Soho House members. All classes and treatments must be booked and paid for through the Soho House App or by emailing team@180healthclub.com.
There will soon be the chance to apply for a new 180 Membership which will give access to 180 Health Club along with a host of other benefits.
